  • Bridging exercises – can be modified in unlimited ways to personalize to any fitness level, props can be introduced to encourage adductor or abductor engagement. This movement can be done using the reformer, the mat, box, RTC and even the chair.
Reformer Shoulder Bridge

Side lying hip work on the mat promotes strength and mobility in the hip abductor muscles while also strengthening the gluteus minimus and the gluteus medias muscles . This powerful muscle group provides stability in the hips.

Side Lying Mat Work

Feet in straps leg circles, an all time client favorite, provides many benefits for hip strengthening and rehabilitation when done properly and with guidance. This move will work your hip flexors — the antagonists to your glute muscles — and your abs. Leg circles also act as an isometric core exercise, requiring you to use your core muscles to support the weight of your raised leg and keep your spine and pelvis in proper alignment.
